About orders from overseas
We will deliver from Japan to your designated address overseas. After the item is shipped, we will contact you via email with the tracking number of your package.

Please do not return the package before contacting us.
Please request that the package be held at the post office/logistics company until you contact us outlining the situation. If you automatically ship the package back to Japan, we will charge a significant amount to cover the return shipping costs. You have to pay the cost.
Return policy from overseas
Packages without a return authorization number will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns that show signs of wear, tear, or abuse will not be accepted.
Items must be returned with everything that was included in the original shipment. This includes your invoice, product box, original tag, and any free gifts you received with your purchase.
Returns of poorly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders received after this date are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or repairs.
